Frequently asked questions
Is the customization process free?
Yes, definitely. But some invitation models have their own monogram or graphics on it and we can't change it. The number of revisions is limited to 3. Apart from this, an extra fee is charged for extra revision requests.
What can we customize?

Sentence structure (Your invitation sentence)
Text color (Gold, Silver, Rose Gold, White and Black Foil) - Invalid for some models.
Acrylic type (Clear or Frosted) - Invalid for some models.
Can I send a invitation sample?
Of course, we are a company that makes personalized invitation designs. You can get information and price by sending us a picture of a model you like.
Can I use my own invitation sentence for invitations?
Yes. If you don't like our sample texts, you can send us the text you want to print. We can write anything you want and it is included in the price.
Do you make invitations in other foreign languages?
Of course, but we request the text from you. In case of possible typographical errors, you are responsible. For this reason, we recommend that you check your texts to ensure that there are no errors before sending such information to us. Also, if your text is a different alphabet, it may not work on our computers. That's why we request that you provide your language font with a .TTF file if possible.
I'm thinking of organizing a small wedding. Can I order less than 25 invitations?
All our listings have 25 and multiples of 25 variations. We don't accept invitations between these variations. And there is no price differences between them.
Can I get more than one language with one order?
No. We are pressing with molds and one order is pressing one mold. If you want more than one language, you need to add your cart quantity of a language and then add your cart quantity of another language.
For example; If you order 100 inv+env and then write 20 in Spanish, 80 in English. You need to pay an extra fee for this service. Otherwise, your order will be canceled. Please ask before your order.
What is the shipping fee?
Our shipping prices are optimized for US and EU. If you are living out of these places, shipping charges may vary depending on the volume and weight of your order. If there is an important price difference for your country, you may pay extra for shipping. Please ask before your order.
How long does shipping take?
It takes 5-7 business days to the USA with standard shipping.
It takes 3-5 working days to European countries with standard shipping.
Who is responsible if the wedding invitation is wrong?
We are not responsible for personalized information and our service is designing and pressing invitations. Generally, we don't read and proofread the texts. We send you the designs with your information before pressing and correction is your responsibility. Please make double-check the design before approving it.
Apart from this, we are responsible for errors that may occur in design and pressing.
