How it All Began - Custom Wedding Place Cards, Escort Cards, and Day-of-Event Stationery

Working for a non-profit, we were always on a tight budget for our fundraising events. I started designing as a way to get the look we wanted for our events, even when we couldn't afford to hire a graphic designer.

As donors would ask who designed those place cards, programs, menu's? ...it got me thinking...

I have always been wedding obsessed and I turned my passion for events into Invitation to Shine.

I want you to be thrilled with my designs and I'm committed to helping you get exactly what you want in your final product. Every bride deserves a magical wedding day and I consider myself lucky to be a part of each and every bride's special day.

ORDERING PROCESS

• Purchase the $50 deposit listing at the top of my shop's home page.
• In the deposit listing's description there is a list of info that I need for your order.
• Copy/paste that list into a convo, fill it out and send it along with your text for the front and back of your invitation.
• If you need help with wording, just ask! I will be happy to help.
• You'll receive a digital proof in 2-4 business days. If you need a rush order, please let me know.
• After viewing the proof, please approve or let me know of any changes.
• Once it's ready to print I will set up a custom Etsy listing with the remaining balance. The deposit will be put toward your total purchase.
• You purchase the custom listing.
• I order the stationery to be printed which usually takes a 4-5 business days. ALL invitations are professionally printed. No home/inkjet printing.
• Once they ship USPS will send tracking info to the email address you entered into your custom Etsy order. It usually takes 2-3 business days once it's shipped.

Each listing includes pricing.

The price is the same whether or not you have directions printed on the back of the invitation or just a design. Prices are also the same whether you decide to order rsvp cards.

ENVELOPES: Unless otherwise listed, envelopes will be white. The price INCLDUES return address printing and design on the back envelope flap where applicable.

COLORS

Any color palette can be chosen for my invitations. There is no extra charge to change the color palette. For a custom color send me a link to the website that displays your color swatch or attach it to a message. I will come as close as I can. Colors viewed on screen are not precisely the same color when printed. Look at it on multiple monitors if possible.

I will be happy to send you a free proof of your custom color palette, just convo me.


RETURN ADDRESS PRINTING

I offer FREE return address printing on the back flap of the invitation envelope. I also offer guest address printing on the fronts of the envelopes at 75¢ per envelope. The names and addresses must be sent in Excel format.

Some samples sold in my store are inkjet printed. All final items are professionally printed using digital offset.

Payment
I accept payment through PayPal.

A deposit is required for all orders and will be applied to the final amount due. Once the design is approved your order will be printed as soon as the rest of the payment is received. It will then be shipped to you, it takes approximately one to two weeks from the time you approve the design until you receive the package.
Shipping
I package each item with care and it should arrive looking perfect. All orders (other than samples) are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-4 days) with a tracking number and insurance at a flat rate of $10 (regardless of quantity purchased). Express mail (overnight) starts at $40.

For International orders, please contact me so I can add your country to the listing/deposit.
Refunds and Exchanges
I include shipping insurance in the cost of shipping to help protect you from anything that can happen to your package while in transit. Because the designs are custom items, returns and exchanges are not available.
Please carefully review the proof we email you and request any changes you desire if you do not like how we have designed your order. We will not accept returns for items that you have approved. In the event that a mistake was made on our end, we will gladly reprint and ship your order free of charge.

Q: Can you change the colors shown on the invitation?
A: Any color palette can be chosen for my invitations. There is no extra charge to change the color palette. Q: Do you design programs, escort cards, table numbers, etc.?
A: Yes. Please convo me for a custom quote.

Q: Do you do custom designs?
A: YES! Please convo me and I would be happy to help create your custom design.

Q: Do you ship outside the US?
A: Yes! Please convo me and I will work with you to find the best shipping option.

Q: Can I get a printed sample of what my invitation/place card/other looks like?
A: Yes, for an additional charge you can get a sample sent to you before you order. You can always receive free digital proofs.

Q: What is the turnaround time for invitations?
A: One you provide the invitation text, and the final proof is approved, it takes about two weeks with printing and shipping. Front envelope printing of guest names may ad a day or two. Generally, the whole process takes about 3-4 weeks.

Q: Can you do foreign text?
A: Yes, you just need to provide the text in a Word document. I will send you a proof of the final invitation to make sure it looks the way you need to.

Q: What kind of printing is used?
A: Digital offset. Final printed products have bright, beautiful colors. This printing process offers low cost, high quality invitations.

Q: Do you offer save-the-dates, thank you cards or other stationary?
A: Yes, any of the designs can be converted into something other than an invitation. Just convo me and I will be happy to send you a free digital proof.
