Frequently asked questions
What is your production/turnaround time?
Most orders ship within 2-3 days after proofs are approved.
Orders of more than 100 cards may take up to 2 weeks to ship if I do not have enough paper in stock. I will contact you before I design your proofs if this is the case.
If your order is time sensitive, let me know what your deadline is and I'll do my best to accommodate.
Will I get to see proofs?
I want you to be completely happy with your order! That’s why every order receives an electronic proof via Etsy Convo (Etsy's internal messaging system) within 24 hours after your order is placed so that you can preview your custom design. I am happy to make changes until you love it, and proofs *must be approved* through my proof approval form before the order is sent to print.
What kind paper do you use?
LamaWorks Daily Press is the sister store to Invited by LamaWorks - a wedding invitation design studio so I use only the best, wedding approved papers.
Personal Stationery sets use 100 lb cover weight card stock - heavier than what you would find at a big box store
Letter wiring kits are made from 90 lb text weight paper.
Notepad paper is a 60lb text weight - beautifully soft and smooth.
Envelopes are heavyweight 80-90 lb text weight with a pointed flap.
Will your store logo appear on my product?
The LamaWorks Daily Press logo is printed on the back of all personalized stationery sets, every day cards and on the chipboard backing of notepads.
There is no logo printed on the letter writing kits, but you will find it as part of the packaging.
Can I send a product straight to someone else as a gift?
Yes! Let me know if your order is a gift and I can include a note from you in the package. Your receipt will also have the pricing information removed.

How will my product be packaged?
PERSONALIZED STATIONERY SETS: Note card sets are all packaged wrapped in a hand sewn lace wrapper then place in a kraft box with a slide on clear lid.
SINGLE CARDS: Individual cards are packaged in a clear cello sleeve.
NOTEPADS: Notepads are wrapped with a branded band and packaged in a clear cello sleeve.
LETTER WRITING KITS: Letter kits are packaged in a clear cello sleeve (see listing photos)
What shipping options are there?
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service.
US SHIPPING:
You will be able to select your shipping speed during checkout. Most packages ship wither First Class (2-6 days), or Priority Mail (2-3 days). You will receive tracking information as soon as your box ships out.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Transit times vary depending on the location, but packages can take up to one month. Please note that international orders often get held up in customs, so be patient! Depending on your location, customs fees might be applied to your package. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
