Inviting Designs Studio specializes in customized digital invitations for any occasion. We ensure high quality designs, delivered within a quick turnaround time. Instant digital files are available for most designs in our shop, allowing you, the customer, to have your final digital files within minutes of placing your order! You can also place custom orders that allow you to change fonts, colors, etc.
We promise to deliver designs that you are completely happy with in the end.
Inviting Designs Studio accepts four different forms of payment:
Etsy Gift Cards
*NOTE: You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

- Instant Download Turnaround:
You will receive an email from us within about 20 minutes of purchase notifying you that your order is ready for fulfillment, with a link to your proof.
Once you approve your proof, we will send your print-ready files via email within MINUTES of final approval.
- Custom Digital Order Turnaround:
You can expect your Digital File or printing PROOF within 2-3 business days; Monday-Friday. Turnaround time starts once payment has cleared and all of your information has been submitted. You will have two rounds of revisions without any additional cost. Revisions can take up to two business days to return. Final files are emailed to you within one business day of your final approval.
Refunds and Exchanges
Because of the amount of work that goes into each item to make it unique and special, unfortunately we do not offer refunds. However, If there is an issue with an item, we are happy to work with you to correct the problem to the best of our ability.

INSTANT Digital File Order Process:
1. Purchase the Etsy listing.
2. You will receive two emails, the regular 'Etsy Transaction' email and one from us, in about 20 minutes of purchase. Notifying you that your order is ready for fulfillment, with a link to your proof.
3. Fill out your proof via our website.
4. Proof your invitation carefully!!!
***Please make sure no text is getting cut off vertically/horizontally.
5. Click Final Approval.
6. We will send your print-ready files via email within minutes of final approval.

CUSTOM Digital File Order Process:
1. Copy and Paste your customized text into the "Note to Seller" portion of your order:

2. Once we have all of your details we will send you a low resolution proof via email within 3 business days from the time of your purchase. You will have two rounds of revisions without any additional cost. Revisions can take up to two business days to return.
3. After we have received your final approval on the proof, we will send you the final file as a high resolution PDF and JPG.
PDF: Includes two - 5x7 invitations up on an 8.5 x 11 document with trim marks. Best for printing on card stock at home or a local printer (Office Max Impress, Copy Max, Kinkos, etc.)
JPG: Single layout for upload it to most any photo finisher that sells 5x7 prints. (Walgreens.com, Snapfish, Shutterfly, etc.) Please select a matte finish if you can.
