No. All items in this shop are fully digital templates. No physical items will be printed or shipped to you. You will receive a link to easily edit and download your design.
Do I need to download any special software to edit my template?
Not at all! You can easily edit all our templates directly in your web browser using Canva. It is completely free, very user-friendly, and requires no prior design experience.
How will I receive my digital files after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, Etsy will send an automated email with a download link. You can also access your files at any time by going to your Etsy account > "Purchases and reviews" and clicking "Download Files
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
