Additional policies and FAQs
I wash all items before sending them out to you.
I do live with a cat and her hair may manage to get on/into the item or packaging even after I wash it. It seems like the hair is sentient and knows how to climb table legs.
I don't use wheat gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, soy or dairy products in my weaving process. I do however use them in my home (which is my studio) so be warned.
All my handwoven items are unique and one-of a kind. As with all handmade items you may find slight differences and the "hand of the maker" in each piece. If you are unhappy with the item you receive I am happy to do an exchange to make it right!
