No photos yet as they are for my bridesmaids for my wedding in August. They arrived and look just like the picture. I can't wait for the girls to see them.
We all have the power to create
"Let yourself be silently drawn by the stronger pull of what you really love. "
Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi
This is exactly how my story begins. ChichiKnots started as a hobby and turned into something much more.
Thousands of knots have been discovered over the years for a variety of purposes, especially for the sailors and climbers. Mine is a bit different than the conventional purposes. I use them to create wearable accessories such as necklaces, bracelets etc. I’m a big fan of simplicity and casual elegance, which plays the lead role for ChichiKnots accessories. As the name gives away, most pieces are made up of knots. The main material used in my jewelry line is a nautical necessity:rope. These colorfully rich rope materials are combined with metal accents, beads and chains for a fashionable statement piece. Apart from ropes, I make my own cords by crocheting cotton, mercerized or wool yarn in tubular shapes.
I love trying new mediums or techniques and creating new designs according to the seasonal trends and fashion. Thus, you can consider Chichiknots as a growing collection of jewelry.
Making jewelry is kind of meditation to me. This is when I’m away from all the worries of everyday life. While making my pieces, my first priority is to make my customers happy and be fond of what they buy. This is why I love getting feedback from them, especially when they send me a photo wearing the pieces they bought. I’m extremely flexible when it comes to custom orders; my customers are able to choose and customize the colors, materials and length of their purchased pieces.
Every outfit needs some playful pieces and jewelry is always the answer when you feel like you need something extra to complete an outfit.
