I had the best experience ordering from Irene & Co. The shop owner got right back to me when I sent her a message about sizes and scents in stock, and my order was at my house in only a few days! This Blood Orange, Clove & Garnet has the most intoxicating smell and so far is my favorite ❤️ Already have another order in the works 🙌🏻

Most amazing candle ever! The fragrance is fresh and lovely, the vessel beautiful and shards of turquoise make it a work of art!!! Beautiful packaging from one artist to another!! I am ordering another since it is too beautiful to burn! Truly a work of art! These are great to ship as gifts since so presentation is so lovely!

In the homogenized world we find ourselves living in—where a Target, Gap, or Starbucks is found on almost every corner of any decent sized town in America— I wonder where creativity has gone?

As a creative, critical thinker and artisan I reject homogenization and am in constant pursuit of things that are uniquely beautiful and original. Conveying truth, beauty and light is my ultimate desire and pursuit in all that I produce.

So, when I began to study the art of candle making, I quickly realized I wanted to do more than make just another homemade candle—as lovely as that is. I wanted to do something that was not only functional but also unique and something that reflected my philosophy of life and art. The same is true of our candles, that have been over a year in the perfecting.

We believe small is beautiful! That’s why we are committed to the cottage artisan and concept. All our handmade one of a kind items are created in a cute little art studio in Joseph, OR. We love making small batches of soaps and candles, using the highest quality ingredients sourced from around the world. Each of our soaps are numbered with reference to how many were made.

Our shop philosophy is to create something for you that will reflect the truth and beauty we so deeply believe in—even down to the bar of soap sitting in your soap dish. For us, it has to go way beyond function to a beautiful, unique form.

We want our handmade, one of a kind items to be a daily reminder to take a deep breath, slow down and reflect on all the good things in your life. We want you to remember to celebrate every day and all that you have been blessed with. And we want you to remember to be grateful for the little and the big things.
