    ---About Prints---
    Prints are professional archival quality. They are printed with a fine-art printer on acid-free heavy weight matte paper with archival inks. This allows the print to stay true to the original's color quality. The purchased delivered print will not arrive with a watermark on it. All my prints are hand signed and dated.

    Accepted payment methods

    I don't accept cancellations
    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please email sibileva [!at] yahoo.com for the best customer support. All sales are final unless they have arrived damaged in transit. Customer is responsible for inspecting their order upon arrival and informing us within 48 hours with any concerns. Please send photo evidence of damage to the package and its contents for us to best file a claim with the Russian Post.

    If tracking says "delivered" but it has not arrived, please contact me immediately. We recommend checking with your neighbors in case it was accidentally delivered to them. Additionally, Russian Post tracking can be off a few days, and it can arrive to your location shortly after. If your fear your item stolen, please contact me to learn about the appropriate procedure.

    We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for any reason except instant downloads.
    Shipping
    **Orders with multiple like-sized prints will be packaged in a single plastic sleeve** If you would like them individually wrapped, the buyer must contact me prior to or directly after purchasing.

    **PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT AT CHECKOUT AND MESSAGE US ASAP IF CHANGES NEED TO BE MADE**.

    Buyers are responsible for either retrieving the items from the old address or repurchasing items to have them reshipped to the new address. Buyers are responsible for reordering the items. Prints cannot be rerouted once they have shipped.     **We do not accept orders addressed to third-party shipping services, PO Boxes, or temporary addresses. If we suspect your order is placed via any of the aforementioned methods, you will be contacted and your order will be refunded.

    **We are not responsible for shipping charges involved in re-sending the package if items are marked "Return to Sender", and the buyer must wait for us to receive the original package back until we ship the items. In some cases, the post office may not leave the package if there is no safe space to do so. The post office leaves a note for the buyer instructing them to pick their items up at the post office. If they buyer does not pick up their items at the post office in time, they are shipped back to the sender.

    **Once a package leaves our studio, we are not responsible for any problems or delays with the carrier (USPS). If you are having trouble, please contact us and we will advise you how to contact Russian Post or USPS (for US orders) support.

    **If Etsy notifies us of a problem with your address, we will notify you immediately and request address clarification. In order for you to receive your order quickly, we request that you get back to us in a timely manner. We are not responsible for shipping delays if we need address clarification.

    All prints are unframed. Unframed prints typically ship in 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted in our announcement section.

    All orders shipped Russian Post unless otherwise indicated. Irina Illustration is not responsible for any shipping delays experienced through the carrier once the package has shipped from our studio.

    If you are having problems tracking your package please contact me directly. Orders that are suspected "lost" or "stolen" may be replaced after the Russian Post has conducted an investigation. Packages may be marked "signature required" by request for an additional fee.

    All my products are packaged with great thought and care. Prints are packed in double thick flat protective "no-bend" cardboards, layered carefully within ink protection paper, prints size of 11x14" and bigger further packed and bubble wrap packaged for a very safe journey. If your package or goods have arrived damaged, please send me a photograph of the damage to the item and its packaging and you will be issued a replacement.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
    All prints are available for international delivery. International orders are shipped Russian Post Standard International and comes with a tracking number. Please allow up to 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. Our business days are Mon-Fri.
    Delivery time varies by location. Russian Post does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both. The customer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the Russian Federation are subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees determined by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Irina Illustration has no control over these charges, nor can Irina Illustration predict what they may be.
