Additional policies and FAQs
Once your request is received, you will receive a response within 2 business days. After we determine the details including; number of invitations you desire and desired colors,a full payment is required to begin the design process. Once payment is received, a color PDF will be sent via email within 5 business days. Once you receive your proof, please proofread carefully! Then please email comments back for editing. Any changes beyond 2 editing rounds will cost an additional $30 each. A final draft will then be sent and must be approved before production can begin. Once your proof approval is received, Iris is not responsible for color/typographical errors. All errors, including spelling, punctuation, and layout are the full responsibility of the client. If you choose to reprint due to errors, you are responsible for 100% of the labor and printing costs. Please allow about 3 months for the delivery of your invitations. Rush orders are available at an extra cost.
If you choose to terminate your order after you have received a proof but before production begins, Iris will retain 50% of the total.
Note: Slight variations can occur in Raised letter printing or letterpress printing. These subtleties are part of the unique nature of these printing processes.
