5 na 5 gwiazdekAmazing pattern! I used a very lightweight polished cotton (educated guess, it's thrifted) and I love how they turned out. This is my first time making pants with a pattern and I was able to follow the video instructions the whole time without any issues. I did add some topstitching to reinforce a few places but otherwise I didn't need to change much. I considered not doing the cuff lining because of how light the fabric is but I'm glad I did, it adds a really nice structure that makes these feel more finished. As far as sizing I was shocked that these fit perfectly without needing to change the waistband. I generally wear XL pants because I like them oversized and I have much wider hips/butt than my waist, so that was the size I went with. The fit ended up working out though, I'll definitely be making more of these!

5 na 5 gwiazdekTolles Schnittmuster. Dank des sehr ausführlichen Videotutorials auch für Anfänger gut geeignet. Da mein Stoff leicht elastisch war, hat es mir die einzelnen Schnittteile verzogen und ich musste etwas improvisieren. Dans Endprodukt lässt sich aber sehen und es hat Spass gemacht diese Jacke zu nähen. Vielen Dank.

The pants on the right are made with double gauze, I chose as an experiment. the barrel shape is much more relaxed, and the pants fit like atleast one size up. the ones on the left were made with cotten and have a much more defined shape and are also true to the size chart.

5 na 5 gwiazdekLovely and flattering t! After measuring and cutting, it took me a single afternoon to put this together. I used a ribbed fabric for the main and the neckline. One unexpected step was that the creator exclusively used a serger to bind the side, neck and shirt seams- I didn’t end up touching my sewing machine for these parts. After some reading I realized the serger is actually great for the specific kind of knit I used to avoid pulling and stretching. However on my next go I may modify to use a stretch stitch + French seams all over for a more professional look.
