I absolutely love this piece of art. As a figure painter, I can so appreciate a fellow artist's unique style and interpretation of life. Brava!

The expression and coloring are very Nice.
In the beginning, I painted many, many nudes on very large canvases. I still draw nudes, but for the last few years, I feel compelled to paint faces. And make people out of clay.
I work with acrylic, gouache and ink on smooth surfaces such as paper, hard panel boards, and gessoed wood.
I've been painting since I was a teenager. I give credit to my dad for dragging the whole family to all those museums every time we visited a new city or country. Even a quiet Sunday afternoon at home would turn into a trip to the local modern museum.
