Isla and Esme, Flair For Your Little One’s Hair was originally inspired by my two daughters – Isla and Esme - who enjoy helping make each hair accessory have it’s own unique and individual flair. We have now expanded into a children’s boutique, offering a much wider variety of beautiful items for your little one.

The vast majority of our items are handcrafted in the Scottish Highlands. Isla and Esme children’s products are guaranteed to make your little one look gorgeous, whatever the occasion. I hope you enjoy these as much as my daughters do. We are always updating our stock with new designs, so be sure to check back regularly.

Most designs can be made to order, if you see something that you like please let us know. If you have something special that you require, do not hesitate to get in touch as we enjoy creating new designs.

Some products not suitable for children under 36 months due to small parts as a choking hazard. Please do not leave your child unsupervised whilst wearing these products.

Pricing on regular priced and sale items are non-negotiable and we do not offer price matching or price guarantees on any merchandise for sale on our website. Occasionally we will offer discounts and/or promotions, the details and guidelines of which will be posted on our website during the time of offer.

Viewing Orders
You will receive an email confirming your purchase with us shortly after your order is placed. If you do not receive confirmation of your order via email, please doublecheck to make sure your order was processed correctly.

Shipping & Delivery
Please use the shipping estimation tool, available on the shopping basket page, for an accurate and realistic shipping cost.

UK delivery
Shipping options for delivery within the UK are:

Royal Mail 1st Class Small Parcel – estimated delivery time 1-3 days.
Royal Mail Special Delivery – next working day delivery.
Free store collection for local orders.
Free delivery for order of £40 or more.
Delivery times are not guaranteed, especially at busy times of the year, such as Christmas.

International delivery
Shipments made to international addresses are sent via:

Royal Mail Airmail – estimated delivery within 7 working days.
Customers are responsible for all country specific import taxes. Delivery times are not guaranteed and shipments are often held up in Customs.

General shipping information
Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days (we strive to dispatch your order within 2 working days). Custom orders may take longer. If you are in need of your order urgently, please contact us at sales [!at] before placing your order.

All orders are packaged in either a padded envelope or box, depending on size.

Goods haven’t arrived
Royal Mail consider a parcel to be lost 15 working days (25 working days for international orders) after the estimated delivery date.

If after this time, your order has not arrived, please contact us at service [!at] to arrange a refund or replacement (if the items are available).

Goods damaged in transit
If your order has been damaged in transit, please contact service [!at] upon receipt of your goods. Photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and products may be required.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products, so we accept returns on unused, undamaged, unwashed products with original tags attached and intact. Returned goods must arrive within 30 days of receipt.

First let us know how you would like to proceed – refund or exchange – by sending an email to returns [!at]

Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return. Once an eligible return has been processed, we will notify you by email. Please note that it may take your financial institution additional time to process your refund. We recommend that you contact them if you have questions regarding the timeline for refunds, as it varies by company. Shipping charges are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
