Welcome to Island Clout. My name is Donna Kay and I have been running my own small business online since 2017 and recently decided to bring it to Etsy. Although new to Etsy I am not new to running a business where customer service is the most important part of being successful. I aim to give you the best quality products for the most reasonable prices. I give myself 3-5 days for shipping but I assure you 99% of my items ship in 24-48 hours. I love cruising, Broadway plays and I was a hurdler, runner and javelin thrower in HS so those designs are near and dear to my heart. I try to portray my personality and things I love in my work. Please take the time to go through my pages and you will get a sense of who I am and what I love and hopefully you will find some designs you love as well. I absolutely love doing sublimation and making every item personal and meaningful to each and every one of you. If there is a design you do not see in my store please message me and I can make almost any design you would like. My goal is to make your experience shopping with me a personal and pleasurable one.

These were very inexpensive magnets and I no longer sell them. I have upgraded to MDF wooden magnets that are much better quality but at a slightly higher price. As far as fading, these are not made to be exposed to the elements for extended periods of time or they could fade and if you would have messaged me I am sure we could have come to some arrangement that would have met your expectations. I am sorry you are unhappy with your product. I assure you the new product I offer is of the highest quality.
