I framed this pic with a black frame and used white matting and hung it in my kitchen. It looks great! I love it and also happen to love blueberries. Great picture, shipped in good time and packaged well. Thank you :)

Capturing the extraordinary in the everyday ordinary!
I am a Canadian born and raised photographer who currently resides in the wind swept prairie of Kansas.
By day, I have two young human assistants who help me capture the world around me. And by night, while I sit, editing what I have captured, I have my two furry feline assistants right by my side.
I always enjoyed using a camera to capture the world around me. For a long time what I captured did not have any specific direction beyond snapshots.
That was until one day my photographic heart skipped a beat. My photography instructor displayed two images on a projector screen in a composition class. One shot was a wide angle of a field of prairie grass. The other was a close up of a single strand of grass.
When I saw that strand of grass, something struck home with me. I knew that’s what I wanted to capture. I wanted to bring out what is special about that blade of prairie grass.
From that point on, I have worked to capture images that show the uniqueness of the little things in the world around me. A flower, a feather, a shell, or a bubble blown by my daughter on a sunny Sunday afternoon.
When I look at a field of dandelions, I don't see weeds, I see a photographic opportunity. As a photographer, I work capture the extraordinary in the every day ordinary.
