Nice and sturdy build: the material of the attachments are solid and the cords they come with are absolutely perfect, thick and strong. These are novel and great for isolating super specific areas; I got them with a focus on wrist strengthening for work and general fitness. Customer service was five stars, I had to reach out to the seller to make a change to my order, and they went above and beyond. With a little playing around, I can find a ton of uses for these beyond what I got them for.

Really happy with the Isoboard. I was surprised how much of a difference having an extended palm makes to the body mechanics of something like a bicep curl. It targets the muscle different. Definitely a good addition to the gym bag.
