Payment
Typically, I ship out on the first working day after an order is received. If I am away or on vacation, I will work out a schedule with the customer to their satisfaction. Occasionally shipments are delayed due to inclement weather, car problems, etc. I will do my best to keep you (the customer) informed if there will be a delay in your shipment.
Packages are sent out via Austrian Post, First Class mail unless otherwise specifically requested.
Delivery Confirmation is included where applicable.
International orders are shipped out via Austrian Post first class airmail. Though the post office claims international orders take only 7-14 business days, orders are often held up in customs (especially Canada and Italy). Buyer assumes this risk. If you would like to arrange for insurance or expedited shipping, please contact me.
International buyers are responsible for any additional customs and import fees that may be applied to their purchase.
