I purchased the bamboo attackitty, and it looks great! It's a fun gift, and the swapable mats are a cool idea. I opted to apply a few coats of tung oil to seal and protect the wood for a little additional protection, durability, and peace of mind, and I would recommend others to consider doing something similar, but it's absolutely a solid, well constructed box as is.
