Sizing details
Soap products are handmade and may vary in shape slightly. You may receive soaps that have a bumpy or wavy textured top, side or bottom...that's how we like it, it's just more organic that way. However, you are absolutely receiving a very high quality product using the highest quality of materials.
Custom and personalized orders
I don't usually provide customized orders, as I may not have the specific essential oil or aroma blend that you are seeking and I wouldn't want to disappoint any of my customers =) but if you send me a message/convo of what you're looking for I can see if I am able to accommodate your wishes =)
Care instructions
Certain soaps, especially ones with glycerin tend to sweat/produce dew/water droplets around the bar. This is perfectly normal, especially if you reside in a high humid/temperature area. When exposed to air, the glycerin draws in the moisture from the air thus creating the dew around the bar. It is absolutely safe to use and won't cause a problem to your bar of soap.
If you've unwrapped your bar and won't be using your soap for numerous days, we recommend you re-wrap the bar in plastic/saran wrap as tightly as possible to prevent the dew from forming as well as maintain its freshness until you're ready to use it again.
