Returns and exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns can be made within 5 days from RECEIVED item for store credit or exchange only. I have the tracking number for all packages so I know when you've received something. Contact us for return authorization first. Items must be UNWORN, UNALTERED OR UNWASHED and must have all original tags attached. Return shipping charges not included.

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS have NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
Payment
All payments must be made within 24 hours of purchase or item will be relisted and I will unfortunately will have to leave you negative feedback and dispute the purchase.
Shipping
I ship domestic & international through USPS. If you need a shipment by a certain date PLEASE let me know at time of checkout and I will do my VERY best to getting it you in the allotted time frame. Things happen so it's best to let me know and not "hope" it gets to you sooner. Lets MAKE SURE it gets to you sooner. I want you happy with your purchase! :)
