Personalized Baby and Toddler Clothing
How wonderful to have discovered Etsy and a community who appreciates handmade products! Using our combined 50 years of experience in the printing industry, we decided to do something completely different for us. We purchased a direct to garment printer and started designing for our little t shirts and one pieces.
Later, we added some room decor and backpacks - introducing machine embroidery into our product line. We have so much fun seeing the completed products with their cute little designs and custom names. We hope you enjoy looking through our product line. Returns and exchange details
If you receive an item that is damaged or has a flaw, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and included a photo of the flawed/damaged area. If we cannot remedy the error or mistake, we will happily refund your purchase for the damaged item.
PERSONALIZED/CUSTOMIZED ITEMS:
This includes items that have been customized with an ink color, a name, date or custom text/design. Because these items have been created per your specifications (customized/personalized), we cannot accept returns on these made-to-order items.
ITEMS THAT ARRIVED PAST THE IN-HAND DATE:
We cannot offer a refund or accept returns for orders that arrive late due to postal carrier delays or error.
INK/THREAD COLOR ISSUES:
We have done our best to describe the colors we are printing & embroidering. However, due to the nature of screens and monitors, it is impossible to show you the exact color the ink or thread that will be on your item. What looks like one color on my screen, may look different on yours. Your cell phone screen may look different than your laptop, etc. Brightness settings will make a difference, as well.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS THAT THE INK/THREAD COLOR IS DIFFERENT THAN WHAT YOU SEE ON YOUR SCREEN - as we don't have a way of seeing what that is. (Unless we have totally printed the wrong color, i.e. Black instead of Red.)
Keep in mind, that different people will have different ideas of what 'Maroon' looks like, for example.

Payment
Shipping
Shipping Notification: You will receive a shipping notification when we create the shipping label for your order. It will include either a USPS or UPS tracking number. You can always find the tracking info in your account under "Purchases & Reviews".
International Shipping: Orders are sent via USPS First Class Mail. Once we ship an order, it will usually leave the United States in 3 days. We cannot estimate when you will receive you order as it will depend on how long it may sit in your country's customs. 3-4 weeks is probably a good time frame to expect your package. But we have found that in some country's, it may be up to 6 weeks - particularly Brazil.

NEED TO CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Etsy requires sellers to ship to the address that was used at checkout. If you need to change your shipping address, we will cancel and refund your order and you can repurchase using the right one. We are sorry if this causes any inconvenience, however this process is necessary for your protection as well as ours.
WHERE DO I PUT MY PERSONALIZATION INFO?:
There is a personalization box on every item where you can tell us sizes/names/colors/etc. If that doesn't provide enough space, then after you add your purchase to your shopping cart, you will see a box directly under the photo of the item you are buying that says: Note to Itsy Bitsy Wear. Here is where you can type in the info you need us to know. If you need your item(s) by a certain day, let us know that as well. If we can't make it happen we will let you know.
EXPLICIT CONTENT / PROFANITY:
As a business we have chosen not to embroider, engrave, or print any explicit language/profanity. If you place an order requesting custom text that has inappropriate language we will reach out to you for alternate personalization details.
Privacy
1.) Any personal information received by you, the buyer, such as name, address, email address and the details of the product that you are ordering or any further details will be used only for providing customer service to fulfill your order and in my legitimate interest to improve my services.
2.) I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
3.) When using service providers to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies, I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
4.) I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.
5.) Information will only be maintained to adhere to any federal or state regulations of my country/state (USA/Washington) such as tax law and shared to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law.
6.) I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. That information could be maintained up to 7 years.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Etsy or any third party services you access through Etsy. You can reference the Etsy Privacy Policy to learn more about its privacy practices. Etsy does not provide any credit or debit card account information to individual shops. Any questions in regards to marketing messages sent by Etsy would need to be directly addressed with them. I have no control over Etsy’s usage of such information.
