Personalized Baby and Toddler Clothing

How wonderful to have discovered Etsy and a community who appreciates handmade products! Using our combined 50 years of experience in the printing industry, we decided to do something completely different for us. We purchased a direct to garment printer and started designing for our little t shirts and one pieces.

Later, we added some room decor and backpacks - introducing machine embroidery into our product line. We have so much fun seeing the completed products with their cute little designs and custom names. We hope you enjoy looking through our product line. We accept both Paypal and Credit Cards as payment. You will be able to choose your payment option in the shopping cart. Sales Tax will be charged if you are shipping your item(s) to Washington State. International buyers will be responsible for any custom fees or duties that your country applies.
Current Production Time: 3-5 Business Days. Please allow for shipping time from Washington State)

Shipping Notification: You will receive a shipping notification when we create the shipping label for your order. It will include either a USPS or UPS tracking number. You can always find the tracking info in your account under "Purchases & Reviews".

International Shipping: Orders are sent via USPS First Class Mail. Once we ship an order, it will usually leave the United States in 3 days. We cannot estimate when you will receive you order as it will depend on how long it may sit in your country's customs. 3-4 weeks is probably a good time frame to expect your package. But we have found that in some country's, it may be up to 6 weeks - particularly Brazil.
Refunds and Exchanges
Our hope is that you will be completely happy with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, wrong size or has a flaw, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and include a photo of the problem. If we cannot remedy the error or mistake within your time frame, we will happily refund your payment once the order has been returned to us.

If there is a flaw in the item, please contact us within 48 hours and included a photo of the flawed area. We will send you a shipping label to send it back to us and produce and send a new item within 5 business days.

This includes items where you have chosen an ink color, added a name, date or text.
Because these items have been created per your specifications (customized/personalized), we cannot accept returns on these made-to-order items.

We have done our best to describe the colors we are printing & embroidering. However, due to the nature of screens and monitors, it is impossible to show you the exact color the ink or thread that will be on your item. What looks like one color on my screen, may look different on yours. Your cell phone screen may look different than your laptop, etc. Brightness settings will make a difference, as well.

~~WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS THAT THE INK/THREAD COLOR IS DIFFERENT THAN WHAT YOU SEE ON YOUR SCREEN - as we don't have a way of seeing what that is. (Unless we have totally printed the wrong color, i.e. Black instead of Red.)

~~Keep in mind, that different people will have different ideas of what 'Maroon' looks like, for example.

~~The direct to garment inks we used are water based and ecologically friendly. They are soft - not bright and vibrant like screen printing. When printing on natural colored fabrics, the ink will be softer looking than when we print on white fabrics. Each are equally beautiful when completed.

WHEN WE GOOF~ We try really hard not to:) But, at certain times of year, things can get pretty crazy around here. If that happens and your item has been printed incorrectly, the ink color is totally wrong (you chose red and we printed black), there is a flaw with a zipper, we've misspelled a name, the wrong size was made, etc. ~ We will make it right!

WHERE DO I PUT MY PERSONALIZATION INFO?: After you add your purchase to your shopping cart, you will see a box directly under the photo of the item you are buying that says: Note to Markeza. Here is where you can type in the info you need us to know. If you need your item(s) by a certain day, let us know that as well. If we can't make it happen we will let you know.
