Custom and personalized orders
Yes, I can make a custom paci just for you! Message me with whatever theme you would like!
Can I cancel an order?
You may cancel within an hour of purchase for a full refund.
Care instructions
You may gently hand wash your paci with mild soap and warm water.
Onesies should be washed on cold gentle cycle.
Where’s my package?
As soon as an item is shipped, I will contact you with a USPS priority mail tracking number. Once shipped, I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and you must take this problem up with USPS.
Do you do returns?
I will do a return if I have the desired size in stock, the onesie has not been worn (beyond trying on) and if the buyer pays the shipping both ways. Customer must initiate the return process within 3 business days after delivery.
Can you ship discreetly?
Yes. Every item is packaged in either a padded envelope with a return address that says “I.B.L” and that’s all. It’s totally discreet.
