Welcome to Ivan & Mary! We are based in Charlottesville, Virginia and offer the highest quality designer accessories for adults, children & furry loved ones. Ivan & Mary is named in honor of owner Mindy Goodall's late maternal grandparents.


Payment method: Paypal

We only accept payment through the Paypal method.

Payment terms: If a payment is not received within 3 days, your purchase will be canceled and negative feedback will be left.

Payment/Purchase cancellation: Once a buyer clicks the "Buy Now" button they are obligated to follow through on the payment.


Shipping Timeline:
All items are made-to-order and will ship 1-2 days from the date of order.

Shipping Methods:
We ship USPS First Class mail. We ship items at the lowest possible price. If you would like additional protection on your items (insurance, etc) please leave a note to the seller and we will send you a bill. If you choose not to purchase additional protection we are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ITEMS.

International Shipping:
We can ship to destinations around the world. Please contact me if you do not see your country option listed.

Refunds and Exchanges

Damaged Items:
If your purchase was damaged during shipping or in the creating process--please return your purchase. We will send out new items once your items have been returned.

Lost purchase:
If a purchase was lost in the mail we will send new items out for up to $30. If your purchase was over $30 and insurance was not purchased, Ivan and Mary is not responsible. We will ONLY insure $30 or less.

Refund (wholesale excluded):
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason--please contact us. We will do everything in our power to make you a satisfied customer.

**In a case where a refund is issued--SHIPPING IS NEVER REFUNDED. Shipping is at the customers expense.

Refunds (Wholesale):
We do not refund wholesale purchases. We will replace items that are damaged or that did not meet your preferences. Replacements will only be issued AFTER the originals are shipped back and received.
