    I can't express what a great experience this has been!! the seller always responded very quickly and my backpack is AMAZING !!! I've shopped on etsy for a very long time and I can honestly say that this has been the best purchase and experience of all time! I can't say enough good things about Ivoryrose! the craftsmanship is on point! I asked her if she would mind adding an extra heart on the back for me and without hesitation she said yes and did so free of charge. I will definitely be purchasing more from this shop in the future! also, it left south Africa on the 24th and was here on the 27th.. it's unbelievable!! p.s :) I've already gotten about 5 compliments on it in this short amount of time. the pictures do not do it justice!! they're accurate but only one demensional. Thank you again!!^^
