I am pleased to announce that I now accept credit cards by direct checkout as well as Paypal. If you would like to pay by check or money order, please send me a convo I will be happy to make arrangements with you.
Your order will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days of receiving cleared payment.
I ship U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail unless otherwise specified.
Insurance is optional and will be extra, please convo me for a quote.
I am not responsible for lost in shipping items.
I do combine shipping on multiple purchases.
Shipping costs are estimated and any overages exceeding $1.00 or more will be automatically refunded.

There is no tracking with international shipping by U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail. In some cases, packages may take several weeks to arrive and is not under my control. I am not responsible for the Postal Service losing a package. If your package becomes lost, please send me a convo, I'll be happy to work something out with you.

Refunds and Exchanges
I will accept returns within 7 days upon receipt of your item, however, the item must be clean, unused, and in it's original condition. I will refund the purchase price less Shipping fees, Etsy fees, and Paypal fees within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Custom orders may not be returned, but please convo me first if you are unhappy, I will be happy to work something out with you :)
I you are unhappy with your purchase, you may exchange for another item of equal value. However, a shipping charge will be billed to you for the new item being exchanged.
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if you have any questions, please feel free to ask before you purchase.
