Customer service is very important to me and I will not compromise on quality. All my art prints are produced using light fast Archival inks on premium quality 270gsm and 300gsm card stock, giving a beautiful contemporary finish with wonderfully saturated colours, maintaining the look, feel and quality of my art prints. Every item is carefuly packaged with love.

Returns and exchanges
I want you to be happy with the goods and service you receive. Due to the varying nature of my product range, my returns and refunds policy varies depending on the product(s) purchased. Below is a list of the different policies based on the products I offer:
How to return or exchange a product
You must notify me in writing if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item, and I encourage you to outline your reasons for doing so as this helps me to improve my service. I recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed fully with me. I will process any refunds directly to your payment via PayPal within 30 days, subject to compliance with the returns policy and timeframes outlined above.The above policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights. Damaged Items
If you find a damaged item in your order, please notify me in writing within 24 hours of its delivery. Failure to notify me within this timeframe may affect my ability to offer you a refund or exchange.To notify me of damaged items in your Jaqueluine Burgess Art Print order, click on the 'contact shop owner' link in the menu bar on my homepage or email me at: jaquelineburgess [!at] gmail.com.
Art Prints and stationary:
You have 1 hour from the time your art print(s) order is placed to contact me to amend or cancel your art print(s) order. Unfortunately after this time has elapsed as all my art prints are made to order, I am unable to offer a refund or exchange on any art print(s) stationary purchased. The only exception being that if the item is supplied damaged. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
I offer international export delivery pricing for customers to Europe, USA, SOUTH AFRICA and NEW ZEALAND. Please note that airmail service usually takes 7- 10 days but in some rare instances can take up to a maximum of 90 days to arrive, if you require a faster delivery please MESSAGE ME for my tracked international courier service. Tracking is also available as an option at checkout for an extra fee.
If placing an order for delivery to a country outside of the Australia, any local taxes, import and/or export duties are the liability of the purchaser. These are not calculated at checkout and payment of these taxes and/or duties (which may be incurred in transit) are the responsibility of the purchaser. International delivery charges, local taxes, import and/or export duties will not be refunded under any circumstances. Jaqueline Burgess recommend all customers purchasing for delivery to destinations outside Australia check first with all necessary bodies with regards to any local taxes, import and/or export duties they will be liable for before purchasing any goods from THIS SHOP.
- When the buyer chooses standard unsecured shipping, I'm not responsible for any eventual loss during shipping.
- When the buyer chooses and has paid for secured shipping, I'll refund or send an identical or similar item in case of loss. I'll always try to find a reasonable solution in case of damage or loss.
- Please email before making returns.
- Postage and packing including return postage and packing will not be refunded.
- If you are not entirely satisfied with your item once it arrives please contact me and we can work out which would be better for you, a refund or an exchange.
- Please note that no refund will be given or exchange will be sent until the original item has been returned to me in it's original condition.
- Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Refunds and exchanges will not be given for lost parcels unless they are returned to me by the postal services.
- If your item arrives damaged please send me a picture of the packaging and the damage to the item, repairs may be possible depending on the severity of the damage to your item.
