Shipping
Most orders are created and shipped within 5-10 business days. You will be notified when your order has been received by the post office.
Once orders are dropped off at the post office, they are no longer my responsibility. I will not issue a refund for lost or stolen packages. However, please feel free to reach out to me if you have any issues and I will do my best to help resolve it.
I previously bought an item at full price and now it's on sale. Am I able to receive an adjustment?
At this time, I do not honor price adjustments for purchases made before a sale.
Package returned to seller
If a package is returned to me for being unclaimed or for having the wrong address, I can resend the package with the buyer being responsible for shipping. If the buyer does not wish to receive the item, a refund will be given minus the shipping cost and a $10 restocking/convenience fee.
I need my items by a certain day. Will it arrive on time?
I do not make any guarantees on when an item will be delivered to you. It is up to the buyer to use their best judgement on how they should proceed on ordering a time sensitive item. I am unable to give refunds if an item arrives after a certain date and you no longer need it. Please reach out to me BEFORE purchasing if you need a rush order.
