JBird's House was basically started with me sitting at my mom's kitchen table drawing/writing with a Sharpie. I have always loved writing pretty things, my sister called it my "Sharpieology" when I was a teenager. I had loads of Sharpies and signs/written things taped on my walls as a kid & teenager. About a year and a half ago, I really started trying out calligraphy and brush writing.. and I absolutely fell in love with it. So, there comes JBird's House! Just a fun fact: J-Bird is a nickname my dad has called me since I was a little girl :)
