Shipping
Shipping will be by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery. Expect items to be delivered within one week of purchase unless otherwise stated on the item listing (for example if the piece is a commission or has to be made from scratch).
Refunds and Exchanges
We carefully pack the items to be posted to try and ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. If however, there is any damage on arrival, you can notify us within one week and we will pay for the item to be sent back to us, upon which we can offer a refund or exchange. We will not be able to pay for the return postage on any undamaged items (for example if you decide it wasn't what you wanted), but will issue a refund if the item is returned undamaged. We think that sounds fair!
Additional policies and FAQs
FAQ's:

Q: Will the steel rust?
A: No, as long as it is kept indoors. The steel has been wax coated which forms a seal and stops the steel corroding, as long as the piece is kept indoors. If you would like any work to be suitable for the outdoors, please contact us and we can discuss the options for this.

Q: Is the porcelain very fragile?
A: The porcelain is fairly thin but is quite robust and will not break unless it is dropped on a hard floor!

Q: Can I commission a unique piece for my home or garden?
A: Yes we can discuss any designs you would like to consider for your home, garden or workspace. Our designs include lighting, wall art, sculpture and smaller decorative objects.
