I try hard to ensure my customers are provided with an accurate representation of items prior to purchase by posting multiple photos and a detailed item description. However, I understand that sometimes these are not enough to fully portray the item. If you have an issue with your order, please email me at JBrownWoodworks [!at] gmail.com within seven (7) days of delivery and I will work with you and discuss options.

Payment is due at time of purchase. If I do not receive your payment within 3 days of purchase, I will cancel your order. I prefer payments through Google Checkout, but I gladly accept payments from Paypal.

Google Checkout: During checkout, please select "other" when choosing a payment option. Then send me an email letting me know that you chose Google Checkout and I will send you an invoice with a link allowing you to pay for your order.

Paypal: Just select Paypal at checkout and follow the directions.

7.0% sales tax is collected on all orders delivered to Florida.

All items are shipped via USPS; however, I will upgrade for an additional fee. Shipping rates listed are for the contiguous United States only. If you would like your ordered delivered outside this region, please send me a message and I will calculate the shipping cost.

I add delivery confirmation and insurance to all shipments and will email you the tracking number once your order is shipped.

All orders will ship within 3 days of payment, but I will try to get them out same day.

All measurements listed are accurate within a 1/4".
