Sharing the creativity...

I never intended to sell anything I made. It really started as a necessity to get rid of some of my projects.

I'm a full time college student and work full time. As a biology major pre-med student, life is stressful. Being creative, and helping other people be creative, is a great way to deal with that stress.

I sell the projects I make as well as Darice crafting supplies. I accept custom orders for both.

Payment
I accept Paypal, Etsy direct checkout, and Etsy gift cards for all orders. If you are in Columbus, OH and would like to pick up your order, please send me a convo to arrange a time and request a refund of your shipping fee.

Please pay within 48 hours. Orders do not ship until payment is received and processed.
Shipping
Combined shipping costs are an estimate. Excess shipping and handling will be refunded AFTER order ships.

US customers: Prices listed are for the least expensive USPS shipping (usually First Class or Parcel). Depending on your location, expect 2-8 days delivery.

International customers: Prices listed are for USPS First Class International. Buyer is responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. I assume no responsibility for delays caused by items going through customs.

Shipping upgrades listed are based on weight. When it's cheaper, I ship in the appropriate flat rate boxes/envelopes and refund any overages.

Ohio customers: per Ohio sales tax regulations, sales tax is applied at the Franklin County rate to the full amount of your order, including shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me if you need to return an item. I accept returns on most items. The return needs to be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your shipment. I set this 30 days based on the tracking information provided by the USPS or other courier service. After this time, returns may be granted in certain situations, but cannot be guaranteed.

Made to order:
Made to order items cannot be returned unless it's due to damage or the item not being what you ordered. Please send me a convo with a picture of the damage or why you consider it to be different from what you ordered.

Anything not made to order:
Damage/defective: Please send a picture and description of the damage when you contact me. If the damage is due to shipping, this allows me to put in an insurance claim with the USPS. You will be given the option of a refund, including shipping, or, when possible, a replacement. Most damaged items do not need to be sent back to me. Occasionally, I may ask you to return something that is defective so that I can see what went wrong or contact the manufacturer. In these situations, I will provide a return shipping label. Please do not send back a damaged or defective item unless requested.

Not what you ordered: Items must be in the original packaging and unused. Please contact me first if you received something different from what you ordered. I will provide a return shipping label and either send the correct item or, if requested, provide a full refund. Please pack items securely and be sure that yarn is in some kind of waterproof packaging (a ziploc bag sealed with packing tape is fine) before being put in the shipping envelope/package.

Other reasons: Items must in the original packaging and unused. There is a $1.00 restocking fee, which will be taken out of the refund amount. You are responsible for return shipping; please provide a tracking number when possible. Please pack items securely and be sure that yarn is in some kind of waterproof packaging (a ziploc bag sealed with packing tape is fine) before being put in the shipping envelope/package. Damage that occurs due to improper packaging will void your return. After receiving your return, a refund for your order, not including shipping, will be initiated within 24 hours.
