Hi and thank you for visiting my Etsy Shop....JJ Bugs Beads. Please note that due to heavy mail volume, there are delays in packages being delivered.

I offer a large selection of acrylic and glass beads and findings, plus an ever changing selection of handcrafted Fimo Polymer Clay beads. If you have any custom requests, please contact me :)

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Shipping

Shipping is shown here in Canadian dollars....shipping starts at:

In Canada, 2.50 CAD for first item.
In the U.S., 4.00 CAD for the first item.
International buyers, 7.00 CAD for the first item.

I will do my best to get your package shipped out as soon as possible, within 2 - 3 business days...Mon to Fri. No shipping on Sat or Sun, or Holidays.

Shipping Info.....

Within Canada, items are mailed as oversized lettermail in stamped envelopes. If you require tracking, please add the shipping upgrade at checkout.

US customers, items will be mailed using Chit Chats mail forwarding service. Items will be tracked when received by USPS.

International items are shipped using Chit Chats mail forwarding service and are not tracked, contact for pricing if you need tracking.

Delivery times are approximate...
Up to 1 week within Canada
1-2 weeks within the US
1-3 weeks for International items

During holidays, and high volume mailing times, delays in transit can cause packages to be delayed a few days.

Please note....I use a combination of Canada Post Lettermail and Chit Chats Mail Forwarding to send all my packages. Canadian orders will be mailed with Canada Post, and US/International orders will be shipped with Chit Chats. US orders will be tracked at no extra cost once they reach USPS in Niagara NY

Please note that the photos of my acrylic flower beads are a representation of the mix offered. There may be changes to the dye lots as new beads arrive, and shades may differ from the photo.
