so this piece, which look how cool it is first of all, picked up a minor (miiinor) smudge in the white space right before it was shipped. Jessie created another one and sent me both pieces within like a week or something. they're both suitable for displaying and are being displayed. buy one, occasionally get one free. etsy, what is best in life? super nice, super responsive, super cool. this is positive feedback.

Jessie is absolutely amazing. On top of her art being absolutely gorgeous and totally unexpected, she is incredibly kind. When the custom order I placed didn't turn out the way that she wanted it to, not only did she try THREE TIMES to get it right, but she sent me two different pieces to choose from AND allowed me to keep both, if I enjoyed them. She is a gem and is incredibly talented, and I have encouraged everyone whose seen my crayon art to seek her out!

the transaction start off a bit rough as I paid and then the seller went radio silence. I emailed her at the address given but she never responded. I had to escalate things with etsy and then she immediately contacted me and was very responsive for the remainder of the transaction. The item itself is nice and colorful. its hanging in a pediatric therapy office and the kids love it.

I highly reccomend this seller, I had the best experience! I ended up ordering the same piece twice so I switched to a custom piece, which turned out amazing! The piece looks exaclty like I wanted it to; the other peice I ordered looks just the picutre as well! These are such unique pieces of art- I'm so excited about my purchases!
