Unique Things That Sparkle Are My Favorite!!
I started my shop in 2009 after I decided that the unique things I was looking to buy I couldn't find. So that is how Visions of Whimsy became a store. I want to bring the unique and different things to everyone and anyone. I am currently a one person shop that recently made a huge change and became a stay at home mom. I love constantly being able to create new things and no matter when a vision hits me, I run with it. I love coming up with new ideas and trying new things, and I hope that what I create brings you just as much joy as it brought me from the idea phase, to the creating, to the editing, and to the final product, I love it all. I have tried everything from jewelry making, to polymer clay, to knitting and crocheting and sewing. You can check out some of my knitting work that I sell with my mother. Returns and exchange details
Return shipping costs will be the purchasers responsibility.
Returns or Refunds will not be issued until products have been received back. Purchaser will be responsible for any damage or loss in value if returned in a different condition in which it was sent.
CUSTOM MADE ITEMS: At this time we DO NOT except returns OR exchanges on custom items or wholesale items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Here is a list of some examples of custom made items but is not limited to this list: custom buttons, custom made jewelry, resized jewelry, custom made amigurumi items, special request barrettes, and any jewelry that is altered from the original state of the listing.
Payment
We also accept payment thru direct pay on etsy as well as gift cards and personal checks.
Items should be paid for within 48 hours of purchase. If payment has not been made within that period, your order may be considered as cancelled, unless paying by check. We will ship product once it has been received.
Shipping
Shipping costs vary per item depending on the weight of the item and the location it is shipping to.
We are not responsible for orders sent to the incorrect address. We will charge $10 for shipment again for returned orders, so please make sure you have your address correct!
Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. The shipping address you provide MUST be a valid address with the United States Postal Service.

How do I wash Polymer Clay Buttons?
They are machine washable and will not fade, change, or warp if taken care of. Machine wash all clothing inside out. They can go thru a machine dryer with no issues on a low or medium setting.
How can I keep my sterling silver jewelry in good condition?
Keeping your sterling silver jewelry shiny and glistening does not take much effort. We recommend the following :
Regularly clean your jewelry with a special cloth.
We recommend showering with your jewelry on. Soapy running water keeps the jewelry clean and prevents it from blackening.
However, swimming in the sea or a swimming pool with your jewelry on is not recommended. Salt water and chlorine can damage silver.
Keeping your jewelry in a jewelry box, a closed drawer or a small bag will keep it from blackening and prevent it from getting scratched.
Keep jewelry away from chemical substances (including lotions and perfumes) that can damage silver.
