ART Tile FACTs...because you've asked!
*JLynn's ART Tiles sold here on Etsy are created with JLynn's advanced Fine Art Florentine Decoupage technique (a very time consuming 18th century finish that gives the appearance of a painting due to the many layers of sanding/varnishing with added special effects in finishing). Images are printed on high quality, archival safe paper and applied to custom laser cut Tiles using ONLY professional Artist-grade adhesive, sealant, and non-yellowing UV varnish for a durable, water resistant fine-art finish. Tiles come with images on both sides, and are individually wood-burned with a variety of pyrography tools to create a genuine bevel edge that naturally frames the images and makes for a stronger, more durable Tile. JLynn also creates Embossed/Wood burned Tiles and Chunky Wood Bead Tiles with internal stringing holes as well.

JLynn's "Crafter/Hobbyist" Decoupage Tutorial has been published in Belle Armoire, Beads Trends and a variety of Blogs. This Tutorial gives step by step directions for creating your own "Craft" Tiles (using Wood or Craft Glues available at your local craft store, and hand distressed finishing techniques).
