星 5 個のうち 4 個This is a fantastic item, exactly as described and my cat immediately took to it…. once we finally received it. The shipper uses USPS. After placing an order Feb 24, and waiting for two weeks for a shipment from VA to GA, which should be quick, the shipper had to send a replacement via UPS on March 11, which was received in 2 days. So my only issue was with the shipping- not the shop owner who was amenable. (The USPS shipment never arrived in the end!) Recommended product for sure but beware of shipping!

星 5 個のうち 5 個My cats were using one of the cardboard scratchers, and they are horrible. They leave little pieces of carboard all over your house. I was looking for a scratcher that would not make a huge mess, and am absolutely in love with this product. I ordered one, just to see how my cats would do with it, and whether or not is was going to make a mess, and I have to say, that this is a very good quality product, my cats started using it immediately, and there is no mess... I will be ordering another one soon
