Each piece of pottery in my shop is 100% handmade. I either hand build or throw each piece on my potters wheel. After decorating and carving the pieces,they are bisque fired. After the first firing I glaze each piece with food safe glazes. They are then refired

I started teaching myself how to make pottery in 2002 and started JMN Pottery in 2006. All of the pottery here is handmade by me in my little basement studio :) I love color and detail and texture lots and lots of texture!
Shop policies
I've mentioned before I'm a little obsessed with pottery and spend about 12 hours a days in my studio. All of my pottery is food safe unless mentioned in the description.
I do take custom orders, if you see something you like, but want it in another color email me!
Accepted payment methods

I don't accept cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Please keep the box and shipping label! I will need this to claim the insurance on any broken items.
If you are unhappy with your purchase and just want to return your item, I will refund purchase price minus shipping when the pottery is returned in original condition. I recommend buying insurance if returning. In the unlikely event that the pottery is broken during the return trip. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
I do ship Internationally. Due to the weight of some of the pieces, shipping can be expensive! Email me for shipping quote.

REFUNDS or DAMAGED:
In the unlikely event that your piece is damaged during shipping, email me!

I love taking custom orders! Email me to order sets of dishes, bonsai pots, mugs etc....

SHIPPING:
I use USPS to ship all of my packages.
ETSY will email a Delivery Confirmation number to your email. If you happen to misplace this number or never receive this number , email me and I will resend it.
I ship to the verified address given to to me through ETSY unless you leave it in the notes to seller!
If you suspect a package has been stolen after tracking number confirms delivery, email me. I can help direct you in the right steps to take to file a police report /post office inquiry.**************************************************
