I accept Paypal, the safe, fast and easy way to pay, Credit or Debit card and Money Order. Note to E-Check customers: Your order will not be processed until your E-Check payment has been cleared. This usually takes 3-5 business days.

Shipping
Your order is shipped US POSTAL SERVICE, FIRST CLASS MAIL.

Once your order is shipped, I am not responsible for delayed, lost or damaged packages. Insurance is not required, however, I would suggest purchasing insurance on your items. If you choose not to purchase insurance, I cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages. If you would like insurance on your package, please contact me BEFORE you pay. Insurance will be calculated according to the total value of the items.

I process orders Monday through Friday within 24-72 hours of payment received. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received

UNITED STATES ORDERS - I ship using the US Postal Service, First Class Mail.
A tracking number is included with your order. You'll receive an e-mail from Paypal with your tracking number when your order is shipped. You can also track your order directly from your paypal account.
Orders within the US usually take 3-7 business days to arrive, although It may take longer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are shipped via US First Class International Mail. This is the most affordable international service, but it does not offer tracking number. Delivery time is two-six weeks, It may take longer, especially if customs holds packages. Orders shipping to Italy may take even longer.
*Please be aware of your countries taxes and duties, I am not responsible for these charges.

PLEASE NOTE! Orders are not considered "Lost" in transit until the following amount of time has passed:
Domestic (U.S): 30 days past shipping date
International: 45 days past shipping date
International ITALY: 60 days past shipping date

Sometimes, for various reasons a parcel may take a long time to arrive. While this is rare, it can happen. I can not file a "lost" package claim until this amount of time has passed. Most occasions, a seemingly lost package does show up within this time. If a package is lost, you may be asked to complete a form for the claim.

Refunds and Exchanges
I will happily accept returns for any reason, as long as you follow these rules:

If you are returning an order, please let me know so that I can expect the package and process your refund or exchange. Shipping costs are not refunded and are the buyers responsibility unless it was my mistake.

I do not accept returns on custom listing chain.

You must contact me within 5 days of receiving your purchase.

Returns must be received in new, undamaged condition with the original number of items. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. For your protection, returns must be sent back to me with delivery confirmation. I cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit back to me.

Please include following information in your return package:

Additional policies and FAQs
RESERVED ORDERS:
I will be glad to reserve an item for you, please pay for reserved listings in a timely manner (5 days) if you need longer to pay, just let me know first! I will remove the hold after 5 days if you do not buy this item.

CUSTOM QTY ORDERS:
I will gladly sell you multiple packs of any bead I have in stock but for inventory reasons, I can't split them up.
Example:
If a bead is listed in packs of 100, I can give you 100, 200, 300 etc.
If a bead is listed in packs of 100, I can't give you 50 etc.

Photos are close ups of most items, so you can see the detail. Please read the measurements to figure out actual size of items. Please note that monitors vary, item may look different on your monitor. Number of beads in photo may not be the same amount as what is the listing.

About my photos. I spend a lot of time taking pictures of my supplies for my shop. I have found some other Etsy sellers using my photos. My photos belong to me and may not be used without my permission.

INVOICES
I do not include a printed invoice with your order. If you'd like to have a print out of your order, you can access it through your Purchases section. If you would like me to include an invoice, please leave a note in the notes to seller.

----------ORDERING FAQ----------

❖1- How do I find product on your site?
There are three ways to find products on my Etsy site. The first is to browse the categories listed in the left navigation SHOP SECTIONS Select a category that you want to browse. To view details for an individual product and a larger photo, click on its name or photo in the chart.

The second way to find products is to use the 'Keyword Search' box located at the top next to the cart icon. Enter the name of the item you are looking for and click the search box.

The third way to find products is to browse the shop from page to page.

❖2- Can I place a phone order or mail in my order?
I am not able to process phone or mail orders. All orders must be submitted through my Etsy site.

❖3- What to do if your order is wrong
ORDER ERROR: If I make a mistake on your order, please contact me right away. If you received an incorrect item or your order was missing an item, I will replace it free of charge using the same shipping method you requested when placing the original order. If the item is no longer in stock, I will offer a refund.

ADDRESS ERROR: If your order included an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the order is returned to me, I will contact you for a new address and reship the order. You will be charged a shipping fee for reshipping the order.

❖4- Why can't I find a product I have previously ordered?
I lists all of the items that I have in stock and available for purchase. If I am out of an item and are able to re-order it, I will; this is my guarantee to you. Some products cannot be re-ordered because they are either unique or discontinued.

❖5- I’d like to order more than what you currently have in stock. How can I order more?
If you are trying to order more of an item than what I have listed please send me a conversation to set up a reserved listing for you.

❖6- Can I be notified when an out-of-stock item is restocked?
If you would like to receive notification a product is back in stock please send me a conversation, and I will notify you when that product is restocked.

❖7- When will the out-of-stock item I am interested in be available again?
I am unable to give an exact time frame for when a product will be available again, but it generally takes anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks.

❖8- I just got an email that an item I am interested in is available again, but it is already out of stock again. Why?
Unfortunately, there are times when I am not able to order as much stock as I had wanted or had not anticipated the demand for this item. I will be restocking the item as soon as possible.

❖9- Wholesale Information
I do not have further price breaks beyond what you see online. I offer bulk pricing on most of my products. A minimum order is required to apply a discount.

I am always checking the market to ensure that my prices are among the lowest you will find. As a result, I do not offer price matching.

❖10- Do you have a retail store?
No, I don't have a Retail Store.

Local Pick-Up
I am an internet based company only and I run JMSupplies from home like many business on Etsy. I am not open to the public at this time. Pick up is not available at this moment.

❖1- Do you offer wholesale pricing?
While I do not offer wholesale pricing, I am proud to offer bulk discount pricing on most of my products. To receive bulk pricing discount, the items you buy must be the same product.

❖2- Can I mix and match products to get the bulk discount?
To receive bulk pricing discount, the items you buy must be the same product.

❖3- I want to order enough to get the bulk discount but there are not enough in stock. Can the price be adjusted?
There are times when I will not have enough inventory on hand for you to order the highest quantity of a certain product and receive the discount I offer. This is rare, and I make every effort to avoid this. I do not match the lowest price for these items because the price is based on the quantity sold. If you would like to order more of an item than I currently have in stock, please contact me, and I will give you an estimate of when I will have more inventory so that you can purchase the higher quantity.

❖4- Why are your prices different from another store’s?
I do the best I can to offer the largest selection of products at the best prices for my customers. I realize that there will be times when another retailer or wholesaler may have a different price on a product. Many factors affect pricing of products, and these factors can vary among retailers.

❖5- Why has the price of a product changed?
The markets for many products I carry will change over time. With some product lines it becomes necessary to change prices to stay in line with the market. I believe that my prices are competitive and that I offer excellent value for my products. I am always looking for ways to keep my prices competitive and will continue to do so.
