We add tracking and insurance on orders $50+, if you would like tracking and insure on an order under this amount please specify when ordering!

We are in the PST zone and ship Monday through Fridays.

Refunds and Exchanges
Due to fabric being cut when ordered, we do not accept returns or give refunds.

If your fabric is damaged or you feel it is not what you ordered, please message us explaining exactly what is wrong, attaching images is the best way to ensure we fully understand what is wrong, and we will quickly work to resolve any issues.

Rarely do we have packages not make it, but if for some reason your package does not show up, we will not automatically refund or re-ship. We will first contact our post office and see if we can locate the package.

US: We will contact the USPS and locate the package. Once located we will make sure it finds its way to you, if there is no way to locate and you do not receive after 10 days, we will refund or re-ship.

INTERNATIONAL: Priority Flat Rate and First Class Mail packages are NOT trackable or insurable, according to the United States Post Office, please keep this in mind when ordering. Once your package leaves the US, we have no control over it nor do we have control over what extra charges you may incur through your local customs. All orders will be tracked as far as when it left the US, and after that we cannot be responsible for it. If it does not show up after 90 days, we will discuss refunding or re-shipping.

We will be more than happy to create special listings, however, listings not purchased within 10 days of the listing date will be opened back up for other buyers unless otherwise arranged with us.
