Shipped quickly. Customer service was great and they double checked the engraving with me before shipping. It also came with a protective sleeve to help keep the locket from getting scratched.

Shipping went haywire but the owners rectified the situation completely. This is a small personalized charm that I recommend getting in at least a medium weight because it is so small. The printing was very attractive and the owner was helpful in this area because what I originally chose was not attractive because of the font. One thing I'd like to add for being small this pendant has a nice presence and has a golden butter color!

Really good quality !! Wish I could get the matching set in gold. Definitely worth it if your on the edge of getting it.
