Welcome to one of my favorite places! In 2013, my husband, Michael and I started collaborating on making metal jewelry. He has set up his mini machine shop in our garage (Creative Machine) and cuts our metal rings and findings for some of my designs. So from now on, we do accept custom orders for our rings/bands, and my JOY Jewels will include designs from our creative venture together and my one of a kind hand crafted jewelry. Also, sold in my shop will be one of a kind beaded jewelry, mixed metal pieces, semi-precious jewelry, recycled/up-cycled vintage jewelry, Vintage costume jewelry pieces, and handmade Crochet accessories.

Personal Check is accepted for purchases under $50.00 and is contingent upon notification to me via my contact email. Shipment of personal check payment purchases will not occur until the personal check has cleared the bank.
I do not refund monies for lost, stolen or damaged shipments. If you desire shipping insurance, you must notify the seller prior to shipment and pay for the additional insurance cost before shipment can occur. Thank you for your consideration in choosing to purchase one of my JOY Jewel creations.
I will ship your item(s) in protective wrapping and package via United States Postal Service, 1st Class unless, you the customer/purchaser send me via an Etsy message or email a request to ship differently, in which case, you will be charged accordingly. I will ship within 2 days of my receipt of your order for purchases that are already made. Custom orders will take anywhere from 3-5 business days to complete. Please inquire with me (Seller/Audrey) for all other rates, ie., International & Insurance. PLEASE NOTE: I do not refund any monies for damaged, stolen, lost or missing JOY Jewel shipments, or shipping charges. Refunds and Exchanges
My sincere desire is that you will be happy and satisfied with your JOY Jewel purchase. If for any reason you are not, simply notify me of the return, and return the item(s) unused in their original form, in a protective appropriate shipping container within 15 days of the purchase for a full refund of the total purchase price. I do not make exchanges of one product for another; I offer no exchange policy. This refund excludes any shipping charges. PLEASE NOTE: I do not refund any monies for damaged, stolen, lost/missing shipments, or shipping charges.
Additional Policies and FAQs
My sincere desire is that my customers are happy and satisfied with their JOY Jewel purchase and service transaction, but if for any reason that I, the seller feel uncomfortable with a transaction, I reserve the right to cancel that transaction. I will notify the customer/buyer with an Etsy Conversation email of my intention. If buyer has paid for the purchase, then I will refund the purchase price, and any shipping and insurance charges paid to the seller related to that transaction.
