5 out of 5 starsJeff creates a beautiful coffee collar to replace the one that comes with your Chemex. He was willing to make customizations, and I chose a gray to match my kitchen. My order arrived on time and well packaged. When I had difficulty fitting it to my Chemex glass, he provided guidance as the leather feels stiff, and I was initially concerned it didn't fit. I got it on with persistence and Jeff's encouragement. I'm so pleased with my order. Thanks for your craftsmanship and service!
