Thank you for visiting my Etsy shop. If you love the look, feel, and smell of real leather, then you have come to the right place. I have been tooling leather for about five years now in-between teaching woodworking and drafting at the local high school. I am a member of IILG (International Internet Leather Guild) and the PSLAC (Puget Sound Leather Artisan Co-Op). Some of my previous projects can be seen in the PSLAC’s Rawhide Gazette. All of my projects are hand made with all of the tooling being done by hand.

I am continually trying to improve myself in leather work by trying new techniques and projects. I make a wide variety of items and will be listing more items as I get to them!

I live in a smoke free environment and so does all my work and leather items.

I accept PayPal and Money Orders at this time. Payment is due within three days. The payment must clear before I will ship the item. If this is a problem, please contact me and we should be able to work something out.
I prefer to ship USPS Priority Mail. Your item will ship within 3 days after your payment has cleared. Usually I will have it shipped the next day.

I will email you when the packaged has shipped.

Prior authorization for international shipment is requested. I don't mind shipping to other countries but will have to check postage according to weight of package and destination. Some countries have restrictions on the import of leather goods. If you are not sure about the restrictions for your country, please contact me before making your purchase and I will look into it.

Insurance coverage must be paid by buyer if desired. Please request this when you make your purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me with the problem. I will gladly give you a full refund within 2 weeks of purchase if you are not satisfied. I do ask that you pay the shipping to have the item returned.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom Orders: If you see an item you like, but would like it in a different color or size please let me know. In many cases it is relatively easy for me to make a new piece in a different color or size. I love to do custom orders, but please be aware that depending on their size and complexity they can take 2 to 6 weeks to complete. I also require 100% of the payment upfront on a custom orders. This would be items that have a name or initials stamped into it. Please contact me and all of the details will be worked out easily.

COMMUNICATION: I send an order confirmation within 24hrs of when an order is placed, a shipping confirmation when the order is shipped, and usually a follow-up to confirm you received your order in good condition.

If you do not receive an order confirmation from me within 24hrs of placing your order, PLEASE CHECK THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU HAVE ON FILE, and PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FILTER.

FEEDBACK: I send a follow-up email after the item has shipped to confirm the buyer received their item in good condition, and it met or exceeded their expectations based on the item description. I then leave buyer feedback.

Buyers are never expected to leave feedback in order to receive it, or contact me in anyway, unless they choose to. However, I do wait until the conclusion of the transaction (i.e., delivery of the item) before leaving my feedback.
