Returns & exchanges:

If there is an issue with your order we will be happy to work with you to come to a solution. Since all of our items are handmade, there may be variations between or even within an order.

Items are not returnable due to sizing issues. Since all garments are printed and made-to-order, I cannot replace/remake a garment that was not ordered in the correct size. Please choose the correct size by referring to our measurement charts. If you are not sure of the correct size to order, please contact me, and I will assist you to the best of my abilities.

If there is an error with your order or if there are any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, we require that you contact us within 1 hour of the order being placed.

If your item arrives damaged contact me So that I can rectify the problem. I also ask that you take a picture of the damaged item and the postage it was delivered in.
Payment by Paypal or major credit cards.
Items ship worldwide from Canada and the U.S.A. Any costs or customs fees (both domestic or international) are not our responsibility. Personal costs resulting from delayed shipments are also not our responsibility. Please contact your local post office if you are unsure of the customs, duties, or expected transit times for your country.

Please be sure of your size requirements before ordering any apparel items. It is always best to order one size larger if you are unsure. Feel free to contact me if you are unsure of the correct size to order.
