If you are not happy with an item for any reason please contact me via Etsy through conversations and I will do my very best to make you happy.

Please contact me with in 1 week of you receiving the package and we can discuss a return or an exchange of the item.

Refunds will be made through pay pal to the account that was previously debited minus the shipping cost.

Exchanges are made with the buyer paying the shipping to return the item as well as the shipping for the new item.

Please note that, for hygene reasons, there will be no returns on earrings unless they are defective.

I accept payment via PayPal only at the moment and require payment to be made in full within 3 days of purchase. If after 5 days the payment is not received the sale is canceled and item is re-listed.

Orders will be shipped within 2-3 days business days upon payment received. Orders will not be shipped on Saturdays and Sundays, unless it is by expedited or xpresspost. Then arrangements can be made.

All orders are shipped by regular post. Unless there is a request for faster shipping (additional shipping charges will be applied).

The buyer is responsible for all customs and duties. Please be aware of your own countries customs and or duty charges.

Shipping Time:
to Canada: 2 to 8 working days
to USA: 4 to 10 working days

Please keep in mind there are sometimes unexpected delays with mail and or customs which are out of my control. It may take a longer time to arrive to rural areas.

For delivery confirmation, shipping will have to be upgraded to xpresspost or expedited parcel shipping. Please ask for price quote if you are interested.

Postage costs do not include possible custom charges for your country. So please check your existing customs laws because the buyer is responsible for any customs or import duties imposed in their country.
