Returns and exchanges
Shipping for refunds will be paid by the buyer and refunded once I have received the item in the mail.
Payment
Full payment must be accepted within 72 hours of purchase of any item.
Shipping
All READY-MADE orders will be shipped either the SAME business day or NEXT business day. If you order before 4:00 pm on a business day, I am able to ship it, otherwise it will be shipped the following business day.
All MADE TO ORDER orders will be shipped when FULL PAYMENT has been received upon COMPLETION of the custom order. If payment is received after 4:00 pm on a business day, the order will be shipped the following business day.
If you would like to get your purchase faster, please send me a message and I will give you a list of shipping options. Once your preferred shipping method is chosen, I will create a custom listing with the shipping price included.
PLEASE pay for your custom listing in 72 hours (unless otherwise notified) or the custom listing will be removed at the end of the 72 hours.
***Domestic/United States Orders***
ALL domestic orders are shipped by USPS First Class Mail (unless otherwise notified) with a DELIVERY CONFIRMATION number. This is to ensure that I know that the buyer has received the item.
ALL domestic PACKAGE (or large orders requiring a large box) will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail (unless otherwise notified) with a DELIVERY CONFIRMATION number.
***International Orders***
If orders are shipped internationally by First Class International Mail, there will be NO delivery confirmation number. Delivery confirmation is ONLY available for Priority or Express Mail options. First Class International order arrival times vary by destination. I generally estimate shipping time to be 11-20 business days, but this could vary due to destination or inclement weather.
If you would like an international order shipped faster, please send me a message and I will give you a list of available options. Once your preferred shipping method is chosen, I will create a custom listing with the shipping price included.
If you would like to use a different mail carrier (Fed-Ex, UPS, etc.) please send me a message and let me know.
Additional policies and FAQs
***Reserved Orders***
If you are unable to pay for an item immediately, you can send me a private message to request to hold/reserve an item.
Once an agreement has been made to reserve said item, the words "RESERVED FOR [insert name here]" will appear in the listing's title and description OR a separate custom listing will be made for you in the "Custom/Reserved Orders" section of my shop.
A reserved listing will only be on hold for 7 DAYS. If you are unable to pay for the item at the end of the reservation period, the item will be fair game for others to purchase.
