Welcome to Painted Panache by JYWheeler
If something doesn't move, I'll paint it or at least that's what someone told me once. She was right. I have always loved to draw and paint from an early age. My parents didn't have much money when I was a kid and paper and pencil were cheap toys. So I learned the foundation for being a painter. Then one day in 1986 a woman I was taking a drawing class with invited me to her studio to learn china painting and the rest is history. I took to it like a fish to water.
My shop has been a part of Etsy since 2007, only 2 years after Etsy got started.
In this shop you will find porcelain art (china painting) , decorative painting on wood and glass in a variety of styles from cottage to abstract depending on my mood when I'm painting as well as small format art in watercolors, pastels and other mediums.
