About

A long way

I have learned the tailor's trade from the bottom up, as they say. After high school I did an education as dressmaker. After the rquired years of working I signed in to the "German Master School of Fashion" in Munich can. There I, after a two-year training, passed the master's examination and after a further year the examination for certified cut and design. After that, I first worked as a cut-maker in the textile industry and have subsequently made ​​some years designs and cuts for kids caps and children's clothing. The whole thing interrupted by travels, in which I've collected many ideas and impressions.

During a stay in Berlin in the year 2008, I discoverd the shop of "Frau Tulpe", where they sell a diffrent kind of fabric. After that I started sewing bags and stuffed animals in my leisure time. People liked them very well vand then followed independence in 2011. Since then I have expanded my range to include some articles and the development is of course far from being at the end :-).

For all orders via our Etsy shop by consumers and entrepreneurs, the following terms and conditions apply.

Consumers are any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which can not be attributed primarily to their commercial or self-employed occupation. 3. Terms of delivery
In addition to the indicated product prices are still shipping costs added. You can find out more about the amount of shipping costs in the offers.

You have the possibility to pick up at JaMaTa, Jana Mattes, Oppenheimer Straße 43, 55130 Mainz-Laubenheim, Germany at the following business hours: Mon - Thu: 10am - 1pm and 2pm - 6pm, Fri: 10am - 13pm From 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm, or by appointment.

Delivery within Germany usually takes place within 6-9 business days depending on product characteristics and / or choice with DHL or Deutsche Post AG. We do not assume any liability for lost shipments which have been sent uninsured. Details on exact delivery times can be found on the respective product page.
