Welcome to Jacinta Knight Jewellery. I love creating beautiful and colourful jewellery, and I hope you enjoy my creations as much as I enjoy making them.

I am always happy to accept custom orders. Please note that custom orders will generally take 1 - 2 weeks to be posted. Please note that many of my pieces take 4-5 days from start to finish, and as such, I am unable to post most custom orders in less than a week.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please do not hesitate to contact me so that we can arrange an appropriate solution.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, I will either provide a full refund (including shipping) or post a replacement item. I request that you send me a photo of the damaged item.

CHANGE OF MIND
Under EU law, online sellers are required to accept returns within 14 days for change of mind, excluding custom orders. At my discretion I may accept returns outside of this period. If you wish to return an item, you must contact me within 14 days of receipt of the order stating that you wish to return it, and you must post the item within 7 days from the date of this notification.
Please note:
- Change of mind returns are not accepted for any custom orders.
- All items must be unworn, unused and not damaged in any way.
- The buyers is responsible for shipping costs for returning the item. These costs will not be refunded.
- Items must be shipped in the box provided and must be appropriately packed to avoid damage during transit.
- After receiving the item I will process a refund for the item cost. For all purchases outside the European Union, the original shipping costs will not be refunded. For purchases within the EU I will only provide a refund for original shipping costs at the cheapest shipping rate I offer, regardless of which shipping option you chose.
Payment
Custom orders must be paid in full before work commences.

ADDRESS
Please be sure your address is correct when you check out. I will use the address entered through Etsy to ship your order.

SHIPPING
Your order will be shipped through Posti (Finland Post) unless agreed otherwise.

With the exception of custom orders, all items will be shipped within 3 business days. After posting, the estimated delivery time for orders is:
Europe - 3-7 business days
Canada and Australia - 1-2 weeks
USA - 1.5-3 weeks
Rest of world - 1-4 weeks.
Note: The above times are estimates only. The estimated delivery times do not include customs delays or postal delays (eg. due to industrial action or seasonal delays).

Custom orders will be posted within 2 weeks, unless I advise you of a longer period prior to you completing the order.

ORDER TRACKING
Tracking is not available for standard post services.

Tracking is available for registered post services to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Japan, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Tracking is available for express post services to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Iceland, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
Please note that buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all import restrictions to their country and for payment of all taxes, duties and customs charges that may be incurred. Purchases within the EU are inclusive of VAT. All items will be posted from Finland.

I do my best to ensure that the description and photographs accurately portray each item. Please note that colours may vary slightly due to your monitor.

Please note that as the items are hand made there may be small variations between items.
